Assessment at the UA

The University of Arizona has long recognized the importance of assessment and evaluation in improving the quality of its academic and support programs for students and faculty and for student learning. The colleges, student support services, the Office of the Provost, and the Assessment Coordinating Council share responsibility for assessment intiatives on the campus. This web site is intended for the University community and others who engage in assessment activities.

  • Assessment Coordinating Council convened by Provost Hay - May 13, 2008

    During her third week as Provost, Meredith Hay convened the Assessment Coordinating Council (ACC). The ACC is the coordinating resource for assessment-related efforts for the UA. The ACC is composed of faculty and staff representatives from the colleges and from administrative and support units who strive to improve the quality and assessment of academic and student support programs.
