During late fall 2007 and early spring 2008, the Leadership Team on Outcomes Assessment [the name has since been changed to the Assessment Coordinating Council (ACC)] used findings from a Feasibility Study to design and implement a General Education Pilot Study in spring 2008.  The goal was to test and further refine a course-embedded approach to outcomes assessment for the campus.  The study consisted of a faculty survey and a voluntary writing assignment for students.
