CHS Staff Satisfaction

Administered: Spring 2006 (will be administered annually)

Target Population: CHS Administration, UA Administration and CHS staff

Participation Rate: 61%of the CHS staff returned completed surveys

A CHS staff survey measuring multiple aspects of the CHS work environment from job satisfaction to communication and confidence in the CHS leadership.

Outcomes Measured

  • Achieve high level (minimum of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale) of Staff Satisfaction with work environment offered through the CHS.


The Campus Health Service was rated in a great number of categories, but the overall rating was a 4.3 on a scale of 5.0 (86%).

Changes Made on Basis of Findings

Resulted in improving CHS salary levels.
Resulted in showing the introduction of the new EHR system phases.
