The CHS Counseling and Psychological Services unit offers a program (Call & Consult) to U of A faculty and staff to assist them with students or staff who may be exhibiting unusual behavior.
- Provide “on demand” consultation to UA faculty or staff who require advice on how to handle difficult students or staff (Call & Consult).
“Call and Consult” Program resulted in a total 568 phone consultations and 103 in person consultations, of which about 40 were administrative in nature (i.e., Dean of Students etc).
