Music Education Advisory Review (MEAR)

Target Population: Music Education Majors who have completed MUS 250

The Music Education Advisory Review (MEAR) test is designed to assess the skills of music education majors prior to admission to upper-level music education methods courses. The test contains an opportunity for the music education major to demonstrate their abilities on a two minute speech, a sight-singing excercise, and an error detection test.
