Student Affairs prepares students for leadership and citizenship roles in our communities by extending the boundaries of learning beyond the classroom and creating an environment for personal growth and discovery.
Student Affairs seeks to create a caring, supportive, and respectful academic community that provides its members with countless and diverse opportunities to connect with each other. We do this collaboratively, intending that students will leave the University of Arizona with confidence in themselves, with the skills necessary to achieve their dreams, and anticipating their future with deep appreciation for the importance of community in their lives.
Outcomes statements for each unit of Student Leadership are developed each year in collaboration with student leaders.
Student Life conducted a survey of students regarding safety issues on and off campus during March of 2009. Results are being compiled currently and will be available on this website in Fall of 2009.
Results will used to inform the development of programs and services for students.
