Program Improvement: The cycle of program improvement is a continuous process. Results of the learning outcomes, planning and the assessment are used by the faculty in this process.
Changes Made on Basis of Findings
Additions and changes have been made to courses offered, frequency of offerings, connections between courses and other learning experiences, and the advisement structure.
In summary, since part of what we teach is leadership for continuous improvement in schooling through well-planned change, improvement and assessment process, we strive to model what we teach and apply the expertise of our field to our own work. The same processes will be used in the continuous improvement and assessment of our newly implemented (Fall 2004) master’s degree program.
