Enhanced Mentoring

In addition to pro-active advising of students, provide enhanced mentoring by CLAS based faculty (numbering 5 full time and three part time faculty in 2005)



Changes Made on Basis of Findings

Increased number in CLAS based faculty allows for closer mentoring of LAS graduate students in addition to regular graduate advising. Faculty mentors will be able to work closely with those students pursuing the thesis option and encourage and monitor research
